From the winemakers Sarah & Iwo (Si), Sophie is crafted from low-yielding 45-year-old Pinot Noir vines. These grapes are grown biodynamically and harvested at optimal ripeness, with a keen focus on preserving natural acidity. Hand-harvested, they undergo whole bunch pressing and spontaneous fermentation in concrete eggs, followed by 8 months of aging in seasoned French oak barriques. Made with no additives, only a minimal sulphur addition at bottling, and no fining or filtration, Sophie is a pure expression of its terroir.

On the nose, it's wonderfully fragrant with pomegranate, fresh bright strawberry, crunchy red cherries and hints of tomato leaf . This wine is incredibly fresh, with layers of beautiful texture and finesse.
