Vinified in a similar way, the Senza is conceived as a second label to the Rancore with the desire to create a wine for easier enjoyment. Lighter in body with lots of acids, it is balanced with aromas of red cherries and strawberries. A wine that can be enjoyed young, but has the potential to age.
