Butia stands out as one of Mansalto winery's finest wines, showcasing a superior Sangiovese sourced exclusively from the 'single vineyard' Butia. The grapes undergo meticulous selection and manual harvesting. Following that, Butia undergoes a 12-month maturation process in French barriques, resulting in an intense garnet red colour. The aroma and flavour profile are characterised by deep, dark fruits, herbs, and leather.
